Site Project Manager
Position Title: Site Project Manager
Reports To: Sr. Project Manager
Mission of Role:
o Manage all assigned work sites
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Working with the Site Superintendent to manage the project from start to finish
- Adhere to the safe work practice principals of the company
- Develop the scope of work for each project
- Prepares and manages the construction schedule
- Ensure the site is free of debris on a daily basis
- Schedule sub-trades, as required
- Manage Change Management
- Knowledge of the Alberta Building Code and Authorities-Having-Jurisdication processes
- Experience in working and managing a Certificate of Recognition (COR) certified company
