Site Project Manager

Position Title:        Site Project Manager

Reports To:           Sr. Project Manager

 Mission of Role:

 o Manage all assigned work sites

 Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Site Superintendent to manage the project from start to finish
  • Adhere to the safe work practice principals of the company
  • Develop the scope of work for each project
  • Prepares and manages the construction schedule
  • Ensure the site is free of debris on a daily basis
  • Schedule sub-trades, as required 
  • Manage Change Management 
  • Knowledge of the Alberta Building Code and Authorities-Having-Jurisdication processes
  • Experience in working and managing a Certificate of Recognition (COR) certified company
