Project Coordinator

Position Title:        Project Co-ordinator

Reports To:           Project Manager

Mission of Role:

To assist the Project Manager in management of projects

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating consultants
  • Coordinating Site Managers & Assistant Site Supervisors
  • Maintaining project records
  • Issue and maintain sub-trade P.O.’s

 Specific Key Accountabilities:

  ACCOUNTABILITY IMPORTANCE MEASURE
 1  Set up project folders(electronic/paper files)  HIGH  

  • One day upon approval of work to proceed
 2 Maintain Operating/Maintenance Manuals   Med
  • Reviewed by supervisor each month to ensure that the manuals are up to date
3 Develop project scope HIGH
  • Accurate project scope descriptions
4 Maintain sub-trade quotes HIGH
  • Track trade costs to P.O.’s issued
